Nose: A complex and noble profile featuring fresh sour cherry, violet, and mallow blossom, often accompanied by subtle notes of citrus peel, wisteria, and a hint of spice.
Palate: Full-bodied with soft, well-integrated tannins and a dense, harmonious structure. It is characterized by tension, juiciness, and a long finish.

About the Winery:
Arillo in Terrabianca is a prominent Tuscan wine project owned by the Burkard family, operating across three distinct estates in Chianti Classico, Maremma, and Val d’Orcia. Their historic Radda in Chianti headquarters is being transformed into a modern landmark, featuring a cellar designed by architect Mario Botta.
