Climate: Cool climate yet with variable weather and late spring frosts
Ageing: The grapes are tipped, de-stemmed, crushed and pressed in the pneumatic press designed to prevent any oxidation of the must. The juice is then gently transferred into fully temperature-controlled tank for fermentation. Once the base wine blend has settled and is ready to be made into fizz, it is transferred into Charmat tanks for secondary fermentation

Color: Bright gold with fine effervescence
Nose: Delicate floral notes of elderflower and honeysuckle
Palate: Aromatic and refreshing with notes of apple, peach and honey. A fresh fruit driven, easy drinking style to be enjoyed on all occasions
