Terroir: Grenache comes from Tautavel and Puichéric, south of the minervois area. Syrah comes from Minervois and the Hérault plain, the same winemaking as grenache. Mourvèdre comes from Gruissan, on Schist soils of the Mediterranean coast. Grapes are grown on 30 years old vines
Winemaking: Grenache is harvested by hand and undergoes long maceration and very traditional winemaking. Malolactic fermentation in tanks. It aged for 6 months in barrels. Same winemking for Syrah. 80% of Mourvèdre has long maceration and 20% has carbonic maceration. It aged long in a tank
Color: Deep purple
Nose: Aromas of spice, black fruits and herbs
Palate: A palate of supple, yet rich spicy fruit
