About the Winery:
Cantina Lavis is an historical winery located at the heart of the Trentino subregion. Founded in 1850 by the Cembran family, it has been a cooperative since 1948.

It is a collective heritage of winemaking that unites over 800 growers over 800 hectare of vineyards with soil rich in minerals on hill located at the foot of the Alps with moderate cool climate.

Wine is made by traditional cultivation methods and hand harvesting with pioneering Quality and Zoning project with the enhanced importance of “the right vine in the right place” of both traditional and international grape varieties.
