About the Winery:
Founded in 1917, Cellers Domenys stands as one of the oldest and most prominent cooperatives in southeastern Catalonia. It was born from the collective effort of eight villages that chose to unite their agricultural roots. Today, more than 800 members cultivate and manage over 3,000 hectares —2,600 dedicated to vineyards and 400 to olive groves— within its production area.

Their fields stretch from the Mediterranean coast to the inland regions, where elevation and the thermal contrast between day and night enhance the aromatic intensity of our wines.

Domenio is the commercial brand that represents all the wines and cavas produced by the winery. The cavas, in particular, are crafted in the iconic modernist winery of Rocafort de Queralt, an architectural gem built in 1918 by Cèsar Martinell, a disciple of Antoni Gaudí. This building, declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest and known as the “first cathedral of wine,” is where the renowned Tres Naus cava is born
