Sustainable Farming
Around 1850, Maurice Tremblay and Honore Geoffroy started planting vines around Beine in the Chablis appellation. Two generations later, Alain Geoffroy pursued the project by expanding the vineyards and perpetuating the family style in the vines. Today, the winery is helmed by his two daughters.
Tremblay’s wines are true expressions of the soils. They have the minerality of a classic Chablis but also have a delicious fresh fruitiness on the palate, with long aftertastes. They offer us immediate pleasure and outstanding value.
