About the Winery:
A rare find in a region dominated by prestigious and big name wineries – Pierre Lamy was simply born out of a family’s strong passion for gastronomy. Born in 1925 in Nuits Saint Georges, Pierre has led a full and enriching life in food and hospitality. He turned to the kitchen at an early age and has never looked back, commencing a career of longevity in many of the region’s top hotels and restaurants and eventually working his way to the Executive Chef of the famed Lycée Marey de Beaune until his retirement.

Pierre has always been an avid lover of Burgundian cuisines and wines, and his gastronomic wines pay homage to this. He also hails from a family of negociants with exceptional relations with reputable grape growers all over the region. Their expertise in grape growing, winemaking and elevage has led them to the success we know today.
